- Free Delivery within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia).
- For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), a 15% delivery fee will be applied based on the total order value.
Warranty Information
1. Each mattress comes with a 10 Years Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Bedding that has been soiled, burned, or received obvious physical abuse.
- Damage from improper care to the fabric or unsanitary condition.
- Abnormal use, wear and tear over the years, or fabric problems.
- Comfort preference issues (too soft or too hard).
- Body impressions less than 1.5 inch / 38mm, which are considered normal.
2. Transportation cost for repair is to be borne by the purchaser.
3. Our Company will not be held responsible for repairs done outside of our factory.
4. The warranty applies only to manufacturing faults.
5. The Company reserves the right to repair or replace either parts of the mattress/base or the entire mattress/base at its option.
6. In line with research and commitment to excellence, the Company may substitute materials of equal quality if identical ones are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement.
7. Milagro Design Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
