Your MILAGRO products will be repaired free of charge for any structural defects or shape changes in the seat cushions within a 1-year warranty period.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, scratches, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or tampering.
- Damage from improper foundation.
- Defects from cleaning with chemicals
- Damage from direct sunlight or liquid exposure.
2. This warranty is valid only for the original pur-chaser.
3. Validity is limited to Malaysia.
4. Transportation charges are not covered.
5. Replacement of the entire upholstery set is not included.
6. Lounge suite covers are not covered.
7. The Warranty Card must be STAMPED by an authorized MILAGRO dealer to be valid.
8. Milagro Design Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change warranty terms at any time.
Delivery Information
- Free Delivery within West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia).
- For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), a 15% delivery fee will be applied based on the total order value.
